Kitchen Magic

Get ready to make the kitchen your new playground! Even the self proclaimed non-cooks find themselves feeling confident and creative by time we're done. We'll immerse ourselves in learning not only how to eat for your blood type and Ayurvedic constitution, you'll get hands on experience preparing meals exactly for your body. Personal menu design, a shopping trip and cooking instructions leave you feeling ready to take your kitchen at home by storm.

Healthy Cuisine

A highlight to your stay, relish in the love I infuse into my cooking and feel nourished to the depth of your being. All meals are included, made with fresh organic ingredients that are nutrient-dense. Ayurvedic principles are woven into each carefully crafted meal to support healthy digestion and align with your well-being goals. I also consider your blood type and glucose regulations in choosing ingredients for your stay. All food sensitivities and dietary preferences are accommodated.

Planning Details

Rates:

The investment in your Creative Magic Retreat is $1,950 for private room and includes lodging, meals, coaching and supplies. Spots are reserved with a deposit, and the remainder of payment due one week before your arrival. Payment plans are available.

Dates:

Your retreat begins on Thursday afternoon at 3pm and ends on the following Sunday at 10am. Spots are very limited. Please contact us for your date request.
